Prohibited Activities and Content

Crystalweb LLC’s services are provided strictly for lawful use. Users are prohibited from transmitting, storing, or displaying any content, information, or materials that violate United States federal laws, state regulations, or local ordinances. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is threatening, obscene, or protected by trade secrets or similar legal safeguards. Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crystalweb LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the service, including harm to themselves or third parties. Websites promoting illegal activities or containing content harmful to Crystalweb LLC or other internet servers are expressly forbidden, including any links directing to such content.

Notice: Crystalweb LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate any account without prior notice if it is found to host or link to illegal or prohibited content as described above. No refunds will be provided for any prepaid fees if termination occurs due to violation of these Terms or legal enforcement.

Server Abuse

Any attempt to disrupt, damage, or otherwise compromise Crystalweb LLC’s servers or services is strictly prohibited. Account holders are fully responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts. Breaches of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of accounts and services without prior notification or refund.

Billing

On each monthly Account Activation Date, Crystalweb LLC will issue an invoice by email or postal mail for the current month’s service fees. Invoices are sent five days prior to the Activation Date, with payment due within ten days of receipt. Failure to remit payment timely may result in suspension or termination of service. Automated reminders will be sent for overdue payments. Customers are responsible for providing updated payment information before due dates to avoid disruption.

Refund Policy

Crystalweb LLC offers Free Trial Accounts for most services; therefore, refunds or partial refunds are not provided, as customers have an opportunity to evaluate the service beforehand. For prepaid services extending beyond one month, no refunds will be issued for unused service time, as pricing reflects discounted long-term commitments. Cancellation during fixed-term contracts (3, 6, or 12 months) will not entitle customers to refunds for unused months.

General Refund Guidelines

Refunds or credits will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Errors related to geolocation or service location assumptions
• Failure to inquire or clarify service features or configurations prior to purchase
• Termination or suspension due to violation of Terms of Service or illegal activities
• Suspension or termination caused by late or non-payment

Reporting Violations

Suspected violations of these Terms or abuse of Crystalweb LLC’s services should be reported promptly to: [email protected]. All reports will be thoroughly investigated. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Disclaimer

As Crystalweb LLC provides self-managed hosting services, customers bear full responsibility for backing up their data. Crystalweb LLC disclaims liability for any downtime, network or hardware failures, data loss, or related loss of revenue or anticipated profits.
